Having done pilates in numerous places and countries over the last 15 years, Natacha is without a doubt the best instructor I have ever come across. Both her mat and reformer classes are instructed so clearly and she focuses on each individual throughout, making sure you are doing each position safely and correctly. I highly recommend reformer Pilates and Natacha who is a wonderful instructor. She is welcoming and encouraging and is mindful of participants various levels of fitness. Small sized classes with a variety of exercises per session ensure an enjoyable workout. Some exercises can be tough however they are very beneficial to core and physical strength, and I will continue to attend classes weekly.

Reformer Pilates is the best exercise I have ever done!! This is all down to the professional studio, teaching and atmosphere I feel when I attend Pilates by Bodyworks with Natacha. Since starting reformer I now feel much stronger and healthier both physically and mentally! Each week is different & challenges my body and mind. Natacha teaching method is so professional and will always put you at ease no matter what level you are at. I’ve been attending the reformer classes and on-line mat classes with Natacha over the past year to help manage a lower-back issue that has impeded me for a number of years.  I have found both are equally challenging and beneficial in terms of strengthening and stabilizing the critical core muscles.  The reformer classes are particularly good for the purpose of strengthening while simultaneously improving

flexibility in a very controlled environment.  Natacha’s instruction is very professional, enjoyable and educational.  I highly recommend taking a class as it’s an experience for the body and the mind that leaves you wanting more, just a soon as you’ve recovered!

Natacha at Bodyworks was recommended to me, so I attended her injury clinic for a lower back injury. I was suffering for over a year with back pain. I was in a lot of pain everyday and my movement was restricted, I needed the help of painkillers and anti inflammatory medicine to move around. Natacha, on our first meeting made me feel at ease and started me on the journey to help me move more freely. 

On Natacha’s advice she recommended reformer Pilates. I have been doing reformer Pilates for months and it has been a great benefit to me and my injury. I move freer and am in a great deal less pain. I have days where my pain flares up but with reformer Pilates it helps to relieve the pain and muscle tightness, it has helped my body recover quicker from these flare ups. Reformer Pilates has helped strengthen my core and strength my back. I now back exercising everyday and feel better mentally not having to deal

with constant pain.

I have been doing Pilates with Natacha for over six years.

When you begin your Pilates journey with Natacha you will be welcomed and encouraged in a professional but friendly atmosphere to reach “your” potential. You will not feel inadequate and she will remind you that all our bodies are different and the importance of listening to our bodies. Her constant reminders during the class to move in a controlled and safe way is very reassuring. Pilates is for all ages and all abilities.

When Natacha introduces a “challenging” new exercise I often say to myself “I’ll never be able to do that” but over time it’s amazing what one can achieve-all be it not as graceful as Natacha!! The sense of satisfaction Natacha gets from our progress makes our achievements all the more rewarding.

The benefits of Pilates are numerous, personally my flexibility, balance and strength have improved. My overall health is better as Pilates benefits the mind and the body as it connects both.

For that hour on the mat I switch off from all that’s happening in the outside world and now more than ever-that’s invaluable!!

I started reformer with Bodyworks Pilates in August 2019 after I was lucky enough to win a Facebook competition Natacha was running at the time for three free reformer classes. I was nervous and questioned if I would be able for reformer as after having two children close in age my core and especially my back had been compromised and seriously weakened. Natacha was excellent and put me at ease and after the three sessions I noticed that I was not only toning but there was a huge difference in the strength of my core and back. Since adding Pilates into my exercise regime, I am totally hooked and I continue to go weekly. Every week Natacha challenges me a little bit more and I can see the improvement in my flexibility, shape and strength. Natacha adapted her business to continue online when lockdown was announced and she was so helpful and professional in her continuation of care given in classes. I was delighted when she reopened her studio as I honestly think I had withdrawal symptoms from the reformer. I would highly recommend Natacha; she is so knowledgeable and such a fantastic teacher. For anyone wondering where to start, Bodyworks Pilates is the answer.

It is my great pleasure to provide this testimonial for Natacha. I have known her for many years as my Pilates teacher. She gives very sensitive instruction in that she always takes into account all our needs and ages by offering 3 – 4 different ways of doing the exercises. This enables us all to exercise appropriately without embarrassment or strain.

After the class I always feel that I have had a challenging workout but without risk of strain or injury. Should I commence with an ache or pain resulting from some other activity the session with Natacha eases these. Her calm attitude during her teaching ensures the session is fruitful and enjoyable.

Her studio is bright, cheerful and well equipped. During the Covid restrictions she has helpfully provided excellent zoom sessions and now we are returning to the studio this is with all the appropriate checks and social distancing.

I joined mat Pilates at Bodyworks/Natacha 3 years ago. Mainly my reason was my lack of progress with my ambition to run 10k’s/half marathons. I struggled with muscle fatigue and my run recoveries were slow. I committed to weekly mat Pilates classes and thanks to Natacha my breathing, posture and muscle recovery all greatly improved and finally I achieved my running goals. During Covid-19 Pilates was more important than ever to me. Natacha moved Pilates to Zoom classes. I find the online class excellent and necessary for keeping up my body strength, mental strength and maintaining a sense of routine. When I can’t log into a Zoom class I replay the class later in the week. Thanks to Natacha Pilates is now an important part of my weekly schedule.
