Schools are back and summer has come to an end! Im still keeping my fingers crossed for some autumn sunshine before winter makes an appearance ;)

The studio has reformer, mat and online mat classes to choose from.
Classes range from morning to mid day to evening classes.

Reformer classes are small groups of 4. The machine itself may seem intimidating at first but they are easier to operate and more adaptable than you think. The reformer offers support for the body when needed and is a fantastic piece of equipment for those recovering from injury. The reformer consists of different spring tension which creates resistance, a moving carriage, straps are used to pull and push the carriage and also a footbar. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels however it is important that you find a class that is suitable to your own fitness level & ability.
Studio mat classes are also kept to small groups of 5. They are combined with online classes so if you miss your class you can get the playback option which you can do at a time that suits you within 7 days. There is a great variety of exercises in these classes also. We use small handweights, a mini ball, a circle and therabands to add in an extra challenge for that head to toe workout. These props can also be used to assist your body when stretching or in certain movements. All exercises can be done without any props or can be substituted for simple items that you will have at home. Classes are designed to help each person work at their own pace.
